Bringing an iconic New York cocktail institution to Sydney, Employees Only needed a brand presence that honored its heritage while connecting with local audiences.

We led creative direction, art direction, and social strategy from launch - creating content that balanced the bar's theatrical West Village roots with Sydney's contemporary cocktail culture. Through strategic social campaigns and locally-resonant storytelling, we grew Instagram to 10K+ followers in the first year. The result: an authentic Sydney presence that feels unmistakably Employees Only while speaking directly to its new home.
